A graduate in Sports Science and Football Business, and fluent in multiple languages, he combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver clear, honest advice in a competitive global market.

Vlad Iacob is a football executive and advisor with experience across club leadership, player representation, and football business strategy. He previously served as President of FC Dinamo Bucharest, where he oversaw club management during a critical restructuring period.

Vlad also spent five years working as a football agent, gaining direct experience in player representation, contract negotiations, and transfer market dynamics.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Football Business from the Johan Cruyff Institute in partnership with FC Barcelona, focusing on the commercial, operational, and governance aspects of the modern football industry.

At MBS Sport, he serves as an advisor, contributing strategic insight on football operations, club relations, and the broader European football ecosystem.

Fouad Bachirou is a former international footballer who brings his experience, network, and understanding of the professional game into athlete management and the agency. After a career shaped by high-level football and international competition, he has transitioned into agency work with a clear focus: helping players build successful careers.

Based on years of experience within elite football environments, Fouad offers insight into the sporting, personal, and strategic aspects of a player’s journey.

His transition into agency work is backed not only by experience on the field but also by formal education — including a coaching licence and a Master’s in Sport Directorship, along with a Level 2 qualification in talent identification. These qualifications reflect his commitment to understanding the game from every angle.

Fouad plays an important role in helping players maximise their potential and manage their careers both on and off the pitch.

Pasha Hajian is a lawyer and licensed FIFA football agent who has been active in the football industry since 2018. With a lifelong passion for the game, he leverages his legal background to assist with contract negotiations, legal disputes, and other matters essential to protecting and advancing his clients’ careers.

Pasha is admitted to the State Bar of California and is based in the United States, where he is dedicated to supporting athletes both on and off the field while providing trusted legal and professional guidance.

Pasha was also involved in the historic deal for Katayoun Khosrowyar, the first ever Iranian women’s coach to work in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) with Reign FC. He specialises in youth transfers and was involved in the record transfer of an FC Kia Academy player from Iran to La Liga side CD Leganés.

Salim Paolo serves as a dedicated Player Liaison at MBS Sport Consultancy, focusing on ensuring that players and their families feel settled, supported, and at home from the very first day. He plays a key role in managing all off-field matters, including relocation, matchday logistics, and day-to-day personal support, allowing players to concentrate fully on their performance.

Acting as a central point of contact, Salim prioritises trust, discretion, and clear communication between players, families, and the wider MBS team. His proactive and attentive approach helps create a stable environment where players can thrive both professionally and personally.

Salim is fluent in English, French, and Wolof, with intermediate proficiency in Arabic, enabling him to support a diverse international client base.

Ali Ul-Hassan serves as Financial Advisor for MBS Sport. He has a professional background in auditing and financial advisory and extensive experience with strategic financial planning.

At MBS Sport, his role is to support the agency with financial insight, assist in evaluating commercial opportunities, and help ensure that players and the agency operate within strong and sustainable financial frameworks.

Omer Olcer is the creative and digital specialist at MBS Sport, responsible for the agency’s visual identity, web presence and digital output. He works across web design, graphic design and content production to ensure MBS Sport is represented professionally across all platforms.

Omer specialises in designing professional pitch decks for footballers and managers, creating polished, tailored presentation materials that communicate career profiles, achievements and ambitions clearly to clubs, academies and decision-makers at every level of the game.

Alongside pitch deck production, he designs high-quality social media content and Instagram graphics for players looking to build and maintain a credible online presence. He also develops bespoke websites for football professionals, combining clean design with clear messaging to help clients stand out in a competitive market.
